What is dermal filler?

Over time, our body’s collagen production decreases, which leads to facial volume, skin laxity, thinner skin, and sagging areas of the face. Filler can be used to offset these changes by plumping up certain areas as well as smooth out wrinkles. It is also a great option to improve asymmetries and enhance contours of the face. At HALO Beverly Hills we offer an array of both Restylane or Juvederm fillers, which are both made of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is found naturally in our bodies in the skin, joints, and eyes. Naturally it functions to allow joints to move fluidly, keep the body hydrated, and allow the skin to be more flexible. When injected, it volumizes certain areas to provide you a revitalized, natural look.

How long does it last?

Results can last 6-12 months depending on how quickly each unique individual reabsorbs the product.

Juvederm vs Restylane?

Consult with your aesthetic provider to see which filler would work best for you! Although they are both made of hyaluronic acid, the difference in formulations is used to customize treatments based on your skin quality and degree of volume loss for the best, natural looking results.

This place is absolutely amazing!
