what is rejuran?

Meet Rejuran, a South Korean cutting-edge injectable using exclusive DOT™️ technology (DNA Optimising Technology) to incorporate Polynucleotide derived from wild salmon DNA fragments (PN) from salmon sperm for Bio Skin Healing. Unlike conventional skin boosters, Rejuran leverages the potency of bio-active DNA molecules to stimulate skin rejuvenation, efficiently repair damage, and alleviate inflammation.

HOW DOES REJURAN WORK?

Rejuran is a topical and injectable solution which contains Polynucleotides consisting of short DNA fragments, often derived from salmon DNA (c-PDRN). When administered into the dermal layer of the skin through micro injections, it prompts fibroblasts to generate collagen, fostering skin rejuvenation. Furthermore, Polynucleotide offers additional benefits for the skin by initiating anti-inflammatory reactions and accelerating wound healing.

Rejuran rehydrates severely dry skin and also improves the skin’s natural barrier for a more luminous, translucent-looking skin.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AFTER THE TREATMENT?

After the first session patients can expect improved skin texture and restored skin balance as soon as 3-5 days after treatment. Continuous treatments will improve skin tightness, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, minimize pore size, and give a natural volumizing effect of the skin.

WHAT ARE POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS OF REJURAN TREATMENT?

Bruising and swelling: Mild swelling and bruising is usual and typically resolves within a few days.

Lumps or bumps: After injection, there will be small bumps resembling tiny mosquito bites beneath the skin. Typically, these diminish within 24 hours.

Infection: Adhering to proper aftercare instructions, abstaining from using skincare products for 24 hours post-treatment, and refraining from touching the treated area can help reduce this risk.

Allergic reactions: Although uncommon, allergic reactions to components of Rejuran may occur. It is essential to inform the practitioner of any known allergies beforehand.

Potenza RF Microneedling at Halo Beverly Hills

Potenza employs a mechanical effect through microneedle insertion, utilizes radiofrequency energy for coagulation, and enhances the absorption of topically applied skin boosters. Potenza also has the fusion tip option which uses a unique dual air chamber allowing for 67% deeper penetration of the product compared to competing RF microneedling devices.

MICRODROPLET INJECTIONS

Microdroplet injections of skin boosters introduce higher product directly into the skin, leading to improved neocollagenesis and skin hydration. Microdroplet injections boost cellular turnover, produce more noticeable results, and enhance overall skin quality compared to topical application.

The Rejumate injector is a medical device that administers skin boosters uniformly into the skin using 9 pins of 34G thin sterilized needles. This allows for minimized loss of products, less pain, and more efficient treatments.

ARE REJURAN SALMON DNA INJECTIONS PAINFUL?

Most patients experience minimal discomfoort during the procedures. A topical anesthetic is often applied beforoehand to ensure a more comfortable experience.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SKIN AFTER REJURAN TREATMENTS?

After the treatment, it's recommended to avoid strenuous exercise, excessive sun exposure, and saunas for a few days. Our providers will provide detailed post-treatment care insturctions to optimize your results.

CAN I COMBINE REJURAN WITH OTHER SKINCARE TREATMENTS?

Yes, Rejuran treatments can be combined with other treatments like RF microneedling, PRP, or laser for enhanced results.
